Howdy, my name’s Joe.

When I was young, I wanted to be a cowboy when I grew up.  What still attracts me to that mythic image are the qualities I associate with “The Cowboy”: Self-reliant;  Honest;   Willing to work hard; Gets the job done; And he takes care of his horse before taking care of himself. 

Those same qualities, coupled with that of Service, guided me into the fields of science and education.
During my career as a high school chemistry & physics teacher, I would often leave home feeling like Don Quixote.  Like the man from La Mancha, I was off to engage the two giants: Ignorance and Fear.

In 1998 my life was altered dramatically.  The El Nino storms that hit Pacifica in February and March that year eroded over forty feet of my backyard in less than two weeks!  The waves undercut the cliff where my home sat and that compelled the city, as a public safety measure, to condemned and demolish ten homes on the block.  Working through that trauma led me to vow that I would work to help others obtain and retain the home of their dreams.

 
Over the years I’ve learned that those cowboy qualities I admire are still valuable. And I also realize that Ignorance and Fear are still the same two giants that keep people from reaching their “Possible Dreams”.  If you are thinking of buying or selling a property, don’t be one of those whose dream is unrealized because one or both of the giants got in your way.   I am happy to help you transform your dream into reality.  I will be there for you every step of the way.
